Obelisks

Obelisks translate the taper, verticality, and monumental presence of the ancient form into a contemporary material language of optical glass and fabricated aluminum. The works stand as floor lights, their geometry drawing the eye upward while the light source remains concealed within the base. The series references the obelisk's historical function as a concentrator of light and a marker of significant space.
